Welcome to the Reference section of the Public Library at dlhoffman.com. Here you will find a number of reference works on a variety of subjects. You can browse through the library by choosing one of the sections listed below or you can search for specific keywords by using the search form on the left.

  American History
> The Constitution of the United States. The text of the most important political document in America's history. This document and many others can be found in the American History Section.
> No Treason. Lysander Spooner's No Treason: The Constitution of No Authority, written in 1870. No Treason is a critique of the American constitution from an anarcho-libertarian point of view.
> THOMAS: Legislative Information. Full text access to current bills under consideration in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate.

  CIA World Fact Book
> CIA World Factbook. A local copy of the 1999 CIA World Factbook. Interesting information on every nation on earth including maps, demographics, and cultural data. For comparison the old, 1998, 1997, and 1996 CIA World Factbooks are still available. Other CIA publications available are:

> Dict: An online dictionary from dict.org, the internet free dictionary consortium. Enter a word in the window below to lookup its definition.

> Toll Free Directory. A directory of toll free telephone numbers from AT&T. This Directory includes companies with AT&T National 800 and 888 Service only.
> WorldPages. A search page to locate businesses, people, and goverment offices.
> ZIP Code Lookup and Address Information. Information from the U.S. Postal Service.

> CIA Maps CIA Reference Maps. The map section from the 1998 CIA World Factbook.
> MapQuest.  Need directions for a trip? Whether you're going across town or across the country National Geographic's driving directions are helpful and descriptive.
> TerraServer. The Micro$oft TerraServer site. Browsing is free but dowloading map images will cost you.

> Your Sky, the interactive planetarium of the Web. You can produce sky maps for any time and date, viewpoint, and observing location.

> The Bible. An online version of the King James Bible.
> Egyption Mythology Page. A nicely done site about the ancient Egyptian religion from the Egyptian Tourism Ministry .
> Mythology Page. A searchable resource of Bulfinch's Mythology along with other Mythology information, stories and related links.
